Obituary

Kenneth A. Miller Sr. 78, of Canyon, died Wednesday March 12, 2008 in St. Luke's Hospital. He was born in Duluth on May 9, 1929 to Herbert and Agnes Miller. Ken had worked for various construction companies over the years as an Iron Worker. He had enjoyed wood and leather working, raising birds, watching deer at his home, and working on his computer. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Barbara in 2000; and many brothers and sisters. He is survived by sons, Ken (Valerie) Jr. of Dayton, Ohio, Kevin (Linda) of Alborn, and Ben of Fargo, N.D.; daughters, Mary Marie Lawrence of Yelm, Wash., Virginia Ostman of Fargo, N.D., Cindy (Ed) Kopic of Proctor, and Katie (Jim) Gouldin of Sturgis, S.D.; a sister, Victoria Schwartz of Alborn; sisters-in-law, Lorraine Miller of Alborn and Florence Miller of Tigerton, Wis.; 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, and nephews that were very special to him.. VISITATION:1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. Memorial Service Sunday in Hegstrom Family Funeral Homes, Foley Chapel. Burial will be at a later date. 5405 Ramsey St.
