Kenneth Miller, 83, passed away Wednesday evening after a brief illness.
Mr. Miller lived in the Glenwood community for many years with his wife of more than 50 years, Marie. She passed away four years ago and Kenneth has longed to be with her every day.
Kenneth was well known for his work ethic and never give up attitude.
He professed his faith in God several years ago. Mr. Miller said he was looking forward to seeing Marie and Jesus. He was thankful to all those who helped him and for all the prayers during his struggles.
His favorite saying was, "the only thing you get to take with you from this life, is what you give away." He will be missed.
A chapel service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Burnett officiating.
Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery.
