Some years later and Ken is still in my daily prayers. A true saint of God.

Heaven gained another angel. I am proud to say this amazing man was one of my dearest friends His gentle spirit was such a comfort to anyone that knew him. He was a true Christian and he walked the talk. The time I spent with him while he attended Good Shepherd in Allegan are some of my fondest memories. When he moved to Kalamazoo we kept in touch and I was honored that he allowed me to bring him back to Allegan on Sundays to attuned Church. To know him was to love him. I will miss him and...

Ken was a lovely, gentle soul. I first got to know him at church where he played many valuable roles -- even in his advanced years. After my family and I moved from the area and he had left Allegan, he kept up a thoughtful and caring correspondence. His brain was sharp and vibrant, and his heart was loving and generous regardless of his declining body. Ever a spiritual searcher, Ken has found his place in the communion of saints, I'm quite certain. He has risen in the promised glory.
