Not sure what to say?

I am deeply saddened to hear of both your parents passing away recently. I remember both of them so well at Telegraph Hill Nursery School. Paula taught both my children and your dad was always around helping and supporting the school (1975-1978). I have very fond memories as do my children. Please know that you will be in our prayers. I'll be there on Monday to say goodbye, but there will never be a real goodbye. Ken, Walt Jon and I stood together in times of joy and sorrow. We will be together again as Ken joins his beloved Paula.

Our deepest condolences to the Minkus family. Ken was a loyal Eagle and reunion committee member who will be missed by his classmates.

He will always be in my heart. I considered him more as a brother than as the friend he was. He was one of the smartest people I have ever known. I am also proud to be your Godfather. Love "Uncle Walt". P.S. If you read this in time, you can read it Monday.

Minkus, my great friend of 65 years, you beat me in every race we ran against each other. But, you were not supposed to get to this finish line ahead of me! Written through tears, Kirbz

To the family of Ken Minkus, we will certainly miss sharing time with Ken at our GWOF Luncheon gathering at the Rainbow. Speaking for the Fellows!

Tracy and Jill, I can't believe you lost two wonderful parents within months of each other. Your dad surely was a one-of-a-kind person, just like your mom. They are both together again in their Heavenly Home.
Your dear dad will be prayed for at all weekend Masses at the Cathedral, and on our bulletin list as well.
With heartfelt sympathy and love,
Sr. Esther
