I met Ken in 1960 when I played baseball at Bel Air High School. He was an excellent coach. He was very disciplined and got the most out of his players. I played under him for four years in the Colt Baseball league. He practiced what he preached. He had a great influence on my life. It was an honor knowing and playing baseball for him. He will be greatly missed !

Coach was a different kind of fellow! A good teacher and obviously a great coach and he loved to tease!

A fine teacher, an accomplished coach and, there are few men you can say this about, a true gentleman in every sense of the word. I'm better for having known Coach Moorhead.
