My sincere condolences to my Aunt Caroline and family! He was my uncle and mentor during my early years as a farm boy learning about farming and life. He was always my hero and my friend. It was because of his Army history and Air Corps stories that I followed in his footsteps after high school. I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and made it my career for 23 years.
