Kenneth E. "Tuff" Nichols

Kenneth E. "Tuff" Nichols, 72, of Cortland, formerly of New Woodstock, passed away Tuesday at the Cortland Regional Medical Center. He was born in New Woodstock and was a mason all of his life.
