Dear Sally and family:

We are so very sorry to learn of Kenny's death; unfortunately we were not aware prior to this week. Having left Minneapolis on December 27, the sad news did not reach us until Shirley Reinertson arrived here to visit.

Kenny was such a wonderful man, and had fought a courageous battle. We remember seeing him on the golf cart at Interlachen in late summer; it was always a pleasure to see the both of you. He...
