Dawn, Ken's death is a big loss to you and your family, and to the Rashid Club.

First time I met Ken I remember thinking his over the top kindness was fake. Then I realized wow this guy really is such a caring, genuine and thoughtful person. I probably only crossed paths with him 5-6 times but every time he was always that kindhearted person that remembered everything from our prior conversations. I am proud to have known him and aspire to be more like him! My thoughts and prayers to my dear friend Julie and the Rashid family.

Ken was a man of “extreme” integrity, always gracious and discerning. My husband and I always enjoyed animated conversations at their lovely home and viewing their art collection. He was a dear friend and we will miss him.

We will miss you Uncle Ken.

I met Ken through the marriage of his daughter Alexis and my son Patrick. What a great guy, we had wonderful and thought filled conversation each time we were together, an inciteful and articulate person. I learned many things from him during those conversations, especially his compassion towards his fellow man. He will truly be missed by all but there will always be a special place in my heart that is his.

Ken is a jewel. I so looked forward to spending the hour or more we were together. Talking and laughing when I was supposed to be cutting his hair.
I will never shake lose his joy of life.
And I will never forget many of his stories which seemed to always begin with; "Have I ever told you..."

KR was truly one of a kind. A gentle yet extremely wise man who took an interest in everyone he came across. He will be missed dearly.
