So sad to hear this news. Ken was a stalwart of Elsthorpe & Otane. Lending a helping hand to anyone who needed it, a respected farmer & a member of the Otane Lions, he will leave a large gap in many peoples lives. RIP Ken. Condolences to Barbara & family

What a kind, caring and special man Ken was. An amazing life he had! I enjoyed the numerous times spent with Ken over the years at Rabobank and times after with Ken and Barb over a cuppa. Ken was always genuinely interested in others and what was going on for other people aside from himself. He will be missed. Sincere condolences to you Barb and your family, Ken was a real treasure to so many people.

Very fond memories of growing up with the Scheele´s family. Ken & Barbara & my parents Lorna & Charlie Newman were good friends. My condolences to you Barbara & to all the Scheele´s family a life well lived!!
