Not sure what to say?

Wow God has put you and your family on my heart this week. I have been thinking about you and Melissa for some reason. Now I know why. It's hard to believe you have been gone 12 years. I was just talking about our fun camping trips on the river up there and how Mel and I Decided it was a good time to take a river bath at 11pm at night... wow we were young and dumb... lucy we never got bit by gators... but... you are missed here Ken and I am going to get ahold of Melissa and try to see here...

I have a ton of stories about the many years Ken and I worked together. We even bought lots in the booneys next to each other so we could be neighbors and enjoy our love for the outdoors. Somehow 18 years ago I ended up in Costa Rica chasing fish and lost touch with many good people.
Sometimes we get so involved in our day to day lives that we forget to do important things. Because of this I lost my chance to say goodby to Ken.
Someone once told me, "Good fish are hard to find, but...

I finnaly got time and strength to do this. I so appreciate all the stories about my husband. You guys are awesome. I want all of you to know that I have memories that will comfort me,family and friends to sustain me and faith will guide me. Keep writing guys. I have stories as well but can't do it now maybe later. Oh watch out cause I am e-mailing this to Brother Paul!!
Blessings and Love
Ken and Melissa

Melissa, I am so sorry. But I know we both can find solace in knowing that Kenny and Grayum are now reliving some of their adventures together. I'm sue there are a few that we never heard about! May the love of family and friends lift you up in this time of terrible sorrow.

My older brother, Kenny, has always been my hero. He used to look out for me when I was a very young, shy girl. When we were in high school together all the girls thought I was his girlfriend because he took such good care of me. When they found out I was his little sister they all wanted to be my best friend in hopes they could be around Kenny to catch his eye.

Melissa was the one who caught his eye for his lifetime. They were an awesome team with a balance of strengths for each...

Ahh Kenny, What fun we had huh? Camping on the Spoil Banks off Dunedin Causeway. The weekends on the 10 acres up there before all the building. I look at the pictures and remember how much you loved it up there and how much you used to talk about getting your property cleared and moving up there one day. You would work with the boys chain sawing our fire wood, teaching them to use a bebe gun (no they never shot thier eye out) And teaching them to respect what God gave us in nature. You...

Ken, You are such a great guy and loved by many and especially by me. I am so happy that you, Melissa and Jean were in the same class to join the Springs Presbyterian Church. Thank you for all the many things you did to help me and you will always be in my heart. I'll see you again someday when the Lord calls me home too. Thanks for your friendship and love.

I have a story about Ken that I think describes his true character. Ken, Melissa, Kevin, myself and my husband Dale decided to camp out on one of the spoils in Tampa Bay. We unpacked our tents and supplies, and decided to go tubing and skiing before dark. Apparently someone hinted to the fact that Melissa couldn't ski! Well, if you know Melissa, she rose to the challange! However, a storm was brewing and the sea was really rough. She did great....for a time. And then, the Wipe Out! When we...
