I met Ken in Evansville Indiana in the Federal building in 1980 I worked in that building at the Social Security Office but I lived about 12 miles away in Henderson Kentucky. He was a wonderful friend, mentor and more from the day we met through a mutual friend back in 1998 soon after I moved to DC.
