I am an employee in the dining room at alterra wynwood.

I'll always remember how one morning at breakfast when i asked him what he wanted to eat, he said he wanted a western omlet. i told him that western omlets are not on the breakfast menu. to that he replied, "we had western omlets last night for supper, it was the best thing i ever ate!" the smile on his face was priceless.

i'll miss ken cuz he was the only yankees fan among the gentlemen whom he sat with at meal...

Dick and Patty-
We extend our sympathies to you and your family.

Linda and Bill Clark

Mr Sparrow hired me as a copy boy after my discharge from the Air Force in 1946. I was paid 19.00 p/wk for my 1st full time job. As City Editor, Mr Sparrow was always respected by our staff for his mild manners, especially during stressful times. He was "the glue" that kept us all together, going in the right direction. I will always remember him as my mentor during my time at the Herald Journal.
