Kenneth Lee Stahl HODGES - Kenneth Lee "Ken" Stahl, 58, resident of 620 Dixie Drive, husband of Michelle Lee Evans Stahl died Friday, July 10, 2015 at his home. Born in South Milwaukee, WI, March 23, 1957, he was a son of Paul Darrell Stahl and the late Arlene Jane Hanson Stahl. Mr. Stahl was employed with the Burton Center as maintenance supervisor where he had worked for over twenty-five years. He was very active throughout his son's life with the Boy Scouts of America Troop #313, serving as Committee Chair Leader. Mr. Stahl attended Northside Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife of twenty-one years of the home and his father of Greenwood are two sons, Kyle Spencer Stahl of the home and Kenneth Lee Stahl, Jr. of New Jersey; two grandchildren, Alyssa and Nathan Stahl, both of New Jersey; and a sister, Cheryl Lyn Stahl of Greenwood. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. from the Blyth Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jeff Lethco officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Robert "Shorty" Dougherty, Robert Suttles, Robert Mitchum, Tim Rushton, Terry Shaw and Jim Herlong. The family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. and at other times at the home. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Burton Center, 2605 Highway 72/221 East, Greenwood, SC 29649, BSA Troop #313, c/o Rodney Stone, 323 Gentry Run, Greenwood, SC 29649 or to Humane Society of Greenwood, PO Box 49776, Greenwood, SC 29649.
