I have been playing guitar for about 21 years. I started playing when I was just 9 years old. I took lessons from some of the most renowned teachers in the NW Indiana region. Among them, Joe Jordan of the J. Jordan blues band, and J. Scott Anderson. When my first teacher, the very patient and elder proprietor of Bialon Music, told me that he taught me everything that he knew, he sent me to a more advanced teacher.

God must have called you to be our guardian angel. I will miss you, love you, and forever covet our memories. I’m sorry I missed the past 10 years of precious memories we could have had. Even sorrier I could not say goodbye properly. I love you Kenny and when you see Grandma in heaven, please tell her I love her too.

Dear Ken,

Happy Belated Birthday!! I will always remember your birthday (it's the same as MJ's) and I thought about you all day last Saturday on the day of your birth. I'm thinking about your brothers; Brandon whose birthday was yesterday, and Kevin because they both miss you so much. We will try to keep an eye on your little guy Sammy, who looks just like you. It's bitter-sweet looking at him because I always see you in his face. I don't worry about you any longer; you're in great...

I am working in D.C., as a business analyst for Verizon. I was working when my dad called to tell me what happened. Words will never express how much Ken means to me as a friend. When I started going to school at Clark, Ken befriended me from the very beginning. We spent practically everyday together through middle school and high school. He taught me how to play guitar, and in doing so, I learned from Ken what it means to have integrity when you try to achieve life goals…

Ken was...

I will always remember Ken as one of my older brother's, and he will be missed.
