Read MoreI extend my sympathy to Kenny’s wife and his sisters and brothers. I went to grade school with Kenny. I can still see him at the blackboard doing diagramming. Ken was always a warm positive personality with a great sense of humor. I will sincerely miss the times we had on the Florida golf courses, our golf tournament trips to Minnesota and the many laughs we all had. RIP my friend.
