I thought is was unusual that I didn't get my annual Christmas card from Ken where we each promised that we would get together again this year. I met Ken in the 80's when we both worked at CNA. I felt so fortunate that somehow he thought that we would be great friends. I've stayed with Ken in Chicago, New York City, and Napa. The last time I saw him was in Napa. I just found out of Ken's passing. I last talked to him in May and knowing he would not have let this much time pass without calling, I tried contacting him and realized something had happened. I am devastated to learn of his passing. He was a true friend and co-worker. Some of my favorite times were staying with him in Napa, visiting wineries, and eating some of the best food ever. He always knew the best places to go. He also spent time with my husband and I at our home in Edmonds, WA....
