Not sure what to say?

Ken was my friend and gave me my first job in radio when, as a teenager of 19, I worked for Ken at WKLW-FM in Grand Rapids. He was a great and patient mentor for what would turn out to be a 30 year career. Ken was a gentleman, Christian brother, and friend. The Apostle Paul tells us that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and, don´t you know, Ken is very happy now.

I opologize that I said Sue instead of Ruth on my respects to Ken.
May God Bless you Ruth and your family.

Lion Ken,
Your service to Lions was very honorable and dedicated. You will be
missed.
Our deepest sympathy o Sue.

Ruth,
Ken volunteered at Kent Community where I played the violin for their church services. He will be sadly missed.

Ruth: Just heard today about Ken and words fail me with shock. The Lions, the visually impaired who were helped by Sight Seer, and ALL who knew him and the work that both of you did for so many years will miss him. God bless you and the family.

Dear Ruth: We were so sorry to hear that Ken has left us. We know that he struggled with health issues for some time. The dedication that you and he have had to Sight Seer is unmatchable in our experience. We were unable to attend but want to send you our love at this tough time.

I had the opportunity to visit the Sight Seer studios not long ago and found it a massive library designed to help others with disabilities and a labor of love and concern. God Bless You, Ken, and the members of your family who helped keep it going.

dear Ruth and family, Sending our deepest sympathy to you in the passing of Ken. Love you always----Al and Betty Ritsema

Grandpa,

I will always remember you for all the hard work you did for others. But I will always love you for all the love you gave your family. All the great memories you and I shared. When I was little I loved visiting you at the old Brush shop over on Eastern right next to the railroad tracks, and if a train rolled by even better. The time in the Smokey Mountains with you and Grandma and Grandpa and Grandma Peterson. Right after we took a picture overlooking the mountains...
