Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry to see that Rev Vis passed away . Lost touch after he left Spring Lake . He married us in 1997. Such a beautiful person. We have the video of our wedding and watch it every so often .

I met Ken at my Grandmother's funeral in 1976. We met occasionally when I was back in west Michigan from college ... I always enjoyed his counsel and fellowship.

Dear Lori and family,
I'm sorry I was unable to come to your dear husband's Memorial today. I pray that your fond and lasting memories will fill your heart and mind with God's peace this Christmas and every day.
In Sympathy, Frank and Jane (Boekestein) Nibbelink

After moving to Grand Rapids, Pastor Ken came back to SLCRC to baptize our daughter Eryn. We have many nice family memories of him. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to the Vis family.

We send our love and sympathy to you and your family, Lori. I have fond memories of Ken's friendship while we were in seminary and shared an apartment! Blessings to you. Love, Don and Kathy

Nothing but fond and cherished memories of having Reverend Vis and his family as our neighbors, friends, and minister in Fremont.

Pastor Ken was and will always be remembered as one of my favorite pastors as teenager while attending 36th Street CRC. I remember the good times we had around church when I worked with the janitor during the summer months. He was most instrumental in my Spiritual walk as well. My heart goes out to the family - I will always have fond memories.

Bill and Pat,

Please accept my sincere condolences to you and your family. Your brother seemed to be a very compassionate person while helping so many people through daily life struggles. It is hard when we lose one of our roots.
You can see the grace in his picture.
Many prayers for you and all of the family members.

I'm remembering years ago in Iowa when Rev. Peter was our pastor. Liz,ken and Evie used to spend time playing cards and eating fried chicken, new potatoes, and fresh sweet corn. They are great and lasting memories. Our sympathies to You and your family and to Ken's siblings. Jan Van Weelden Rozenboom
