Kenneth Roe Weidaw

My condolences go out to the entire Weidaw family. I don't subscribe to the Pasadena Star News, but my Mother does and she called me to tell me about Mr. Weidaw's passing. I also started learning music at Camino Grove Elementary about 50 years ago and kept it up through Arcadia High. If I recall correctly, all my younger siblings did as well.

I am quite impressed with his extensive contributions to the world of music. I'm sure that's why so many of his old students still love...

Mr Weidaw started me learning to play music in the Arcadia schools about 55 years ago and I have not stopped learning or enjoying since.

It appears that he enriched a lot of people's lives along the way. May we all leave such a legacy.
