I miss my friend/co-worker/event father every day.

My sincere condolences to the family. Kenneth, your jokes, your laughter, your work ethics, have all made an impact on my life.

I will miss working with Kenneth. He was a great assistant. He was a man of his word. Very dependable. Everyone appreciated his caring and humorous style which put our patients at ease. Rest In Peace Kenny.

Kenneth became a part of the CMD family in 2009, and we are so saddened to hear of his loss. Please accept our warmest condolences and know that you are in our thoughts during this difficult time.
