Not sure what to say?

I have been looking for you and Louiseand could ot find you for a good reason. You were gone. I was armly received when i arrived at Madison as postdoc and we kept being friends but we were too busy and lostcontact. I remember warmly both. JFB

I think of Mr. Williamson as a kind and interesting man; the father of three kids I grew up with. I always knew he was smart, but after reading this obituary, I see how brilliant he was and understand more about the legacy he left of three brilliant children. Our hearts go out to the whole family. I am grateful for his friendship with my parents.

Ken was a friend whom I admired both for his intellect and his many many skils and
interest.

Ken and Louise have been our friends since 1958 when we met in Madison. We will miss their friendship, their " can do" attitude to life, our visits to South Hadley, our occasional, never dull sails. May they rest in peace. Polly and Dick Franck

My thoughts are with the Williamson family. Ken was my adviser for most of my years at Mount Holyoke. He invited his classes for dinner or dessert with his wife (depending on the size). I remember most the beautiful furniture in his home, and when I admired it, he was humble in explaining that he made it. His love of music is something I remember to this day and I have thought of him often. His professional career was notable and impressive, but I know what was most important was his family.

Eleanor (Ellie) Klepacki; I had the privilege of working with Ken Williamson on the South Hadley Canal since 1975, in celebration of the BiCentennial of our country.
He contributed in many areas, particularly in it's Historical background, giving many talks thru the years of the importance it played.in the growth of the town and as the first navigational Canal in the country, from 1795 thru1862 He was instrumental in securing the artifacts when it was documented at Mt Holyoke College...
