Read MoreI'm not sure what prompted me to research the Zagar family. They lived next door to us on Neff Road. I remember Steven, his brother, and father Tony and mother Jean. Many many years ago! There was a tornado warning, and my father carried the boys over to our house because the winds were so bad, they couldn't walk. I don't remember much else, but they were lovely neighbors. Rest well, Kenny!
