Surely, Kent Borkovec made as many friends in his life as there are grains of sand on his Michigan Beach!
And he was more than a friend to many. He was a great American and a very good man. We will miss him here along the lakeshore were he and Sharon brightened the lives of so many of us. So many good memories to recall. We can only hope this fine family will continue their legacy of frienship with us all whenever they come to visit.
Peace be with you good man...

We remember Kent and Sharon so well. They helped bring us into running swimming meets for our children and theirs. But the best memory was at a swimmers banquet where their table had some young boys trying to escape from under the table where they had been sent due to unsatisfactory behavior! And we used that threat for so many years with our own and on into grandchildren. Makes us smile every time. They were dear dear people. Julie and Howie Brundage
