I just learned of Kent´s passing...very sad to learn of his death. His parents were very close to my mother and father and were Auntie Gladys and Uncle Murray to me. His mother´s sister ad husband were my godparents...Thora Louise Landers and Wilbur Landers. I was named after Auntie Thora...assume that Kent´s granddaughter, Tora, is a variation of Thora? Kent´s mother and aunt were like sisters to my mother (Ruth Redfearn...née Gavel)...Thora and my mother graduated from high school...

My heart goes out to you and your family. I (along with Harry) have so many wonderful memories of you and Kent at concerts at MM and PW....Those were the days. It was so nice to be with you both. I know it has been a long road for you..Kent was a gem, as are you Betsy xo

With Kent's passing, the world lost a really, really good guy. I will miss his witty comebacks and dry humor. I met Kent as I did many good friends through the Alfa Romeo Owner's Club. We developed a good friendship with Kent and Betsy and shared vacation houses in Tuscany and Umbria. For 13 years, they helped plan and participated in Virginia Wine Country tour weekends. Great times. I'm sure that the family knows how much Kent was liked and I am privileged to have had him as my friend....
