We were so sad to hear about Kent. He was a great friend, fraternity brother, and roommate. He was truly a gentleman and a scholar. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

To the Gossett family, I knew Kent from my work in the biotechnology industry organization. I was so saddened to hear about his passing. Please accept my condolences. Kent was truly a gentleman.

Susan, I know how hard this loss is for you and my prayers are with you. Rest in peace Kent!

We were fortunate to meet Kent when he and his family lived in our neighborhood. Louisiana cuisine predominated the parties that were given and we have many greats memories of how much fun he was to be around. Aside from being neighbors, Kent was a great scientific colleague. He will be greatly missed all around. Our condolences to Diane and his children, Chris, Katie, and Anna.

Dear Diane and family

Kent was a mentor and teacher par excellence! He was very special, and he will always have a special place in our lives.May god give you and the family strength to tide over these difficult days. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

Kent,
You were truly an inspiration for me personally and professionally. You will be missed dearly and thank you for all your contributions to our industry! Your family are in our prayers.

Kent it was an honor and privilege to have known you. You were among the most accomplished individuals that we knew. Yet you were the most humble and unassuming. We were on the same wave length about a lot of things. Debbie and I will miss our talks with you and Diane.

From his days guiding me after LSU to our talks over looking the bay in NJ, Kent was always a friend. Sorry for your loss.
