Not sure what to say?

Kent you were always such a great person with such a big heart. I always remember that you always smiled and was such a wonder person. And through marriage my cousin. You will always be remembered and never forgotten. My deepest sympathy's to your wife and children and all the family. God has choosen another beautiful angel when he picked you! R.I.P kent. Love and prayers to your family.

I worked with Kent for several years at Tecumseh when I was the high school principal. I was always amazed at how he could reach the students that many others had given up on even, at times , when the student had given up on himself/herself. He always had a great smile, worked hard, loved Tecumseh students, and was an all around good guy. I always knew I could count on Kent to help no matter what the circumstances were.

It still doesn't seem real to me that Kent has passed. I will always remember that laugh he had, that came from his whole heart. He recently sent my husband a very sweet card to give his support while he is recovering from Stage 4 Renal Cell Carcinoma. I will keep that card forever, as Kent will always be in my heart. RIP my cousin.

My son played football under Coach Massie all 4 years he attended Tecumseh High School - he was extremely dedicated and passionate and will be missed.

I knew Kent from my coaching days in CBC. He was a great coach, kind person and caring. He made the CBC a better conference and made a positive difference for many athletes/coaches. RIP my friend......

Kent was a kind, caring and compassionate individual who could always be counted on to give 100% plus when it came to working with young people in the classroom and on the football field. My contact with him came through his willingness to work with young people training to be Intervention Specialists. He always was willing to work with college students preparing to be future teachers whether it be those spending time in his classroom to observe or who were completing their student teaching...
