I first met Kent in 1998 playing golf in the Elgin American Legion Golf League. He and I have had good times on the golf course. His health prevented him from continuing to play and he retired from the league a few years ago. He has been missed by the members. Please accept my sincere condolences as it is very saddening to learn of his passing.
