Not sure what to say?

To all of Kent's family, I was shocked and saddened to hear from my sister-in-law of his death. I was in his class at Depue High School. Immediately his boyhood look came to my mind...and his smiling face. He was the same in high school as all his friends and co-workers are writing about. He was the nicest person in our class, very dedicated and a leader. I lived across the "basketball court" from him and watched him play basketball all the time. I am sorry for your loss (all of us have...

Mr. Suarez will be missed. I loved the way he always would smile when I would see him and had a good word. He will be missed. Joe Lyons.

To the Suarez family,

I am very sorry to hear of Kent's sudden passing. I worked with him on the Leadership Team of Children's Home and Aid and on the Agency Quality Council. He did an excellent job as CFO, being true to his role. He was enthusiastic and asked lots of questions that were good questions for us program people to be considering. When I had a health situation( a blood clot) a year ago, he was very supportive to me. I will certainly miss him. He was a great guy!

To the Suarez Family:

My heart is deeply saddened by Kent's departure, but I truly believe the gates of Heaven ae open for him to enter. He was a happy-go-lucky, up-lifting guy. When he entered a room filled with people their faces all seemed to brighten. His own staff had good things to say about him when he was not around. He was very smart, intellegent and proud. I will miss him.

Janet, Dan, Drew and Troy -

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To the Suarez Family:

Kent was one of the most courageous men I have ever met. I was hoping and praying he was going to win his battle with this terrible disease. Kent has probably touched more people's lives than we can even imagine with his positive outlook. He was a remarkable man.

I will always remember how he would write a thank you note to his staff for their accomplishments or a word of encouragement when we were going through a rough time. He taught me to be a...

What I will miss most about Kent is hearing him say "knock, knock" whenever he stops by my office and "it's time for a family meeting gang". Kent, the finance department at Children's Home + Aid will never be the same. I remembered when you interview me, you said, "Children's Home + Aid is my second home". And indeed it was. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Suarez Family and also my family at CH+A.

Dear Janet, Dan, Drew and Troy,
As a service provider to CHASI, I had the pleasure of working with Kent on regular basis. He was a wonderful man who was very, very proud of his family. Every father is proud of his children, but none more than Kent. He will be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Janet, Dan, Drew and Troy,
I worked for Kent at Kemper for four years. I am deeply deeply saddened about this news. Kent was always full of life, caring and devoted to all of us. I'm glad I got to see him and talk to him recently. He never lost hope, always the optimist. I will miss him greatly.
My thoughts and prayers to all of you.
