I miss you so much. I went to the eye dr. last month and I don't need my glasses anymore. I have worn them more than half my life and didn't want to give them up. I have no choice now because I broke them today. Grandpa couldn't fix them. I still can see my XBox to play. I can still read. It has been four long years ago yesterday that you left me. I miss you so much. Tuesday I start my first day of middle school. Grandma is going to drive me to school. I wish she could stay with me and help me open my locker and find all my rooms. I went to Camp Conerstone again this summer and had a lot of fun.I also learned to ride my bike. Its hard for me to wrap my head around this entire situation, as ive known Carrie since i was 18 or so... Now 11 years ago. Devon i remember you well, and the love your mother had was boundless. Im sorry for your loss especially, but the families as well.

Mom, I miss you so much! I started a new song for you "A day without you is like a day withou sunshine." Today I turned nine and am sad because your not here with me. Grandma took me to get a haircut today. I had it cut in a fade just like you used to, but I had the top spiked and colored dark blue . Grandma said you were looking down at me with a big smile and laughing because you liked it.  Grandpa just shook his head, but he did like my hair.
