I will miss Judge Bye´s friendship and the support he provided to me as a person, lawyer and his help in my appointment to the 7th Judicial District Bench in Minnesota. He was able attend my investiture and delivered wonderful remarks about the role of the judiciary and the importance of appointing qualified Judges with high integrity. It was an honor for him to attend in person. I also enjoyed our visits at the Moorhead Sports Center attending High school hockey games and visiting with him...
