Not sure what to say?

Many great memories of my friendship with Kermit, a span of 75 years. Probably the best being our many years together in sports at Americus High School and the success we had. Think about them everyday. The best memory may be seeing that big number 55 going up and scoring the winning basket against Overbrook and winning the State Championship, undefeated, in 1961. Also working with Kermit at the railroad and seeing that big smile everyday. Maybe one of the most positive guys I know. ...

Linda, I'm so sorry you've lost your soul mate. Kermit was a wonderful man, husband, father and friend.

My Dad sure liked him. They worked together. My prayers are with you.

Sending thoughts and prayers

The earth has truly lost a wonderful man and friend to many. We enjoyed working for Kermit and Linda on their house and feel fortunate to have known such a kind gentle man. Our sincere condolences to the family.

I worked with Kermit for many years in Topeka on the RR. Kermit was a good worker and a great guy!! I was always amused by his farming stories with his sons and their good natured ribbing when they were hot and tired and had worked all day. I think of him often and will miss him---

I will sure miss his visits to AgChoice Olpe. He was always so nice to chat with

My condolences. I have many Grother memories to enjoy.

Dear Linda and family we are so very saddened to hear about Kermit's passing. Kermit was one of my best buddies on the railroad. He helped me in so many ways. As you know my English has never been good and he was always there for me. I enjoyed working with Kermit every time we worked together. He had the best sense of humor; it was so much fun working with him. I could tell so many stories. I am so sorry that I will not be able to attend the funeral to honor Kermit and convey my...
