Kerry Noel DeCay

So many good memories of Kerry & Kenny, we were 14 years old, working for NORD, and they had a lil convertible car, we had 5 of us, we could barely fit, we had the best summer, those were the good ole days. We stayed in touch, pen pals for years, he was a great man and came from a very loving family. He loved his daughter and would always talk about her achievements. Praying for Mrs DeCay, Kenny and All his family/friends. He´s at Peace in Paradise. Absent from the body, present with the Lord

My condolences to the DeCay family!!! we have lost a great man i enjoyed my time with him when i worked for and with him on many occasions on City business. God Bless you my friend!!!!
