Kerry L. Wells

I used to be very close to both Kerry and his brother Kelly when we attended Oregon College of Education in the 1970s. I haven't seen either of them since the early 1990s. Kerry taught me so much about literature, music, and the importance of life. He and his brother were very essential to me. Times went by, I no longer live in Oregon, but I miss the many, many hours we shared. What a long, strange it's been.

Mr. Wells changed my life. I was his student and aid from 2010-2013. He was an incredible teacher and friend during my school years and shortly after but his advice and influence has been with me every single day and always will be. My prayers and heart go out to his family. I promise I will never stop questioning everything. O Captain, my Captain!

I was in Kerry's advanced sophomore English class in Lebanon his first year of teaching here. He was not only the most influential teacher I've ever had but also an amazing human being. I learned so much from him and have taken so much of what he taught me through my life to become who I am today. He is definitely missed

Such a wonderful man. Kerry was my son Michael´s favorite teacher. He will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace Kerry. You were loved by many.

My sincerest condolences on the lost of such a wonderful person. Mr. Wells was number one. My absolute favorite teacher of any that I had and I have thought of him often throughout my life. Thank you for sharing him with us all.
