Kevin was the BEST! Our family rented him an apartment when he was at Georgetown Univ! As my Mom rented him an off campus Apt, I always remember, he was able to get me a front row Student Union ticket to see the Lovin´ Spoonful Band! I met him years later at the Democratic Convention in NYC! My Mom, Joan( 92) sends her love as do I to the family! A year has passed. A good man is very much missed. His family and friends loved him. Providence needed him. He left us far too soon.

My sincere condolences to all members of the McKenna family. Keven was a positive force in the world and a solid pillar of his community. As a young guy, Keven was indirectly responsible for my own interest in politics, which burns within me to this day. They don't make many like Keven McKenna. May your entire family take comfort in knowing that his positive influence likely reached further than he ever even realized. Rest in peace.
