Not sure what to say?

My husband and I were both French Horn players with Kevin in Campbell High School Band. He was a fantastic musician and wonderful friend. Our condolences to his family.

Kevin was my next door neighbor growing up in Campbell, CA from age 7 until we each went away to college. We played many games of hide and seek and football on our adjoining lawns until our dads planted a row of trees to save the lawns! I would hear you practice you french horn in your bedroom just over my fence and wish I could play like you. Kevin was a colleague at Kingsbury Middle School in Stateline, NV. I have fond memories of Kevin's good sense of humor, fun conversations and hearty laughs shared in the staff lounge. As counselor and school psychologist, I heard positive feedback from a number of Kevin's students, throughout the years, about how he livened class discussions with amusing anecdotes and lighthearted comments. Sincere sympathy to Kevin's loving family. May treasured memories provide peace and comfort.

He was one of my teachers at Kingsburry Middle School in Zephyr Cove, NV. Super great guy. Even then we could tell he cared about us as students. Wonderful sense of humor and personality. Sorry to his family and friends for the loss of Mr. Barnes.

I taught at KMS with Kevin during the early 1980s and clearly remember his charm, wit, smile and support. My sincere sympathy goes to his entire family.
