Not sure what to say?

Kevin was always cool with me As a fellow DPHS athlete my fondest memories were him calling me " Arthur" in reference to Arthur Ashe and me being a tennis player of color.

I played Baseball for Smithtown East. I remember playing against Kevin. He played shortstop for DP. He was the guy we watched when he played. I also remember watching him on Saturday playing for PSU. Kevin Flatley Class of 1980 .

I will always love you honey I will always love you you still in my heart rest in peace.

I remember when my family moved to Deer Park in 1974. Being a athlete and marveling at the exploits of Kev. I was a Tennis player in High School and Kevin always called me Arthur( after Ashe) never by my given name. He made me feel special. When I enrolled at WVU he introduced me to his PSU teammates. What a thrill. RIP #21

I had the good fortune or maybe misfortune of guarding Kevin in basketball game. It was the Recreation league in State College, pa. I was a 2 years starter at State High and played at a branch campus of Penn State. I was pretty good, maybe not as good as I wanted to be. Anyway, Kevin gave me a reality check. I guarded him like a glove, literally putting my hand against his face on at least a dozen jump shots. He NEVER missed a single shot and scored 49 points!!! Sometimes good defense...

I remember seeing Kevin in the halls of old DPHS always wearing a smile. Never heard a bad thing about him. Rest in peace Kevin.

WOW! My condolences to the family. Of course it's years later, but Kevin had a lasting impression on everyone. A great laugh and a beautiful spirit. You can now RIP with your Mom and Dad Kevin. Loved you then and still love you now!
