Kevin B. Blanco CHESAPEAKE - Kevin Brente "Salt" Blanco, 39, of the 2300 block of Meadows Landing, passed away Jan. 12, 2009. A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Metropolitan Funeral Service, Berkley Ave. Chapel. Condolences may be offered at
