Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to the entire family of Kevin Carr. I never had the pleasure of meeting Kevin, but I was a co-worker of Susan Diffley, and I felt I knew a small part of Kevin through Susan. Please know prayers are being sent to God our Father for Kevin, and for the entire family to find peace in the absence of Kevin being physically in their lives.

With deepest sympathy.....Alex, friend and coworker of Casey on Muzzy team, and my father Al Milley

To: Kevins Children and the entire Carr Family:
My husband Ray and I had the gift of meeting Kevin some years ago during his journey. He was a spark and always had a smile for everyone. The rare quality that Kevin had is once you met him, you never forgot him, He was very special to so many and he was so very loved. His life touched so many people in many , many different ways. He was quiet, spoke often of his Dad and his children and little about his hockey days. However "He did show us...

Carr Family: My sincere condolences on the passing of Kevin. Playing for Brookline I had the pleasure of playing against the great Arlington teams and then while at BU, played against Kevin once again. (Laughing) I have a great picture of Kevin hopping over my outstretched arm/stick (beating me) in the 1975 Beanpot that was published in the NY Times. I realize Kevin had his problems, but he will always be remembered by me as a tough competitor and a great hockey player.

Dear Carr Family,

I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin in South Florida. I have only known him for several years, but the time that I knew him he was a father figure to me. He told me about his life and past experiences and I was impressed and delighted to hear those stories. He gave me advice when he didn't have to and he was a man of principle. I am so sorry that Kevin is not with us anymore but he didn't die in vain. He left a legacy behind and he will never be forgot. I will go...

To the family and friends of Kevin,
I met Kevin in 2008. He was the type of person who was instantly likable. He had a dry wit and a self-effacing charm about him. He was never one to brag or even speak about his accomplishments, which were many, both athletic and academic, so when he did mention them, he did so with genuine humility and modesty.
I liked him, admired him and respected him, but most of all I'm going to miss him. I've heard it said that people live as...

Deepest sympathy to the Carr family and friends. The memories of Kevin on and off the ice ties us to the tight Arlington community and hockey family.
His big heart wil be missed.
The entire Colbert Family

Dear Mary, Lauren & Casey,
We can't express how truly saddened we are. All we really know, throughout our years with Kevin and you three is how much he loved you all and what times we had together. We are so blessed to be part of your family and our family memories. Beautiful Lauren, you were the first born and you and Caitlin were the light of our lives and Casey, well, we hope you have some idea of what God's blessing you were and are. We hope and pray you know what a very special place...

Dear Carr Family,
It struck me today how loved Kevin and your family are. I was happy to finally meet you and I am so very sorry for your loss. I hope you all take comfort in the many people - who cared so very much about him. My family (father and sister and kids) met Kevin in Lexington many years ago. Even after he moved to Florida, he remained a household name bc he called often, disguising his voice, often barking and sent us funny cards. Last year his christmas card was a picture...
