Not sure what to say?

Karen,
We are so sad to learn that Kevin has left our world for another. He was a great man, great fun and a bright and funny individual. We lost touch with the two of you since those wonderful times in Australia. Our thoughts and love are with you as you make your journey.

Karen,Barrett,Thatcher--
I was overwhelmed to learn of my Brother's death eight months ago. But you must have been devastated when it happened so suddenly.
One advantage to our lateness is that we get to read the many comments sent about Kev. You had great foresight in keeping the book open for a year. He had friends in Erie, L'ville, Penn, the Navy (Newport, P'cola, Adak, Monterey, DC, and many ships and planes), BP (US and Aus.), and Cleveland (Gilmour, Ohio Pipe, etc.).

Aunt Karen and Cousins Barrett and Thatcher,
I am sorry that my family didn't learn about his death until now.
I hope time has been a healer and that you can easily remember the happy memories.
Best,
Meghan McBrier Carr

I apologize for not expressing my deep regrets earlier. I just learned of Kevin's passing. He was a wonderful friend and a great teaching colleague of mine at Gilmour. I will miss him.

Karen, I was shocked and saddened to learn that Kevin had passed away. He was a good man in every way. One of my earliest memories is a train trip to NYC from Erie when we were both quite young. Both our families were aboard. My parents knew Kevin's parents. Another coincidence is that Kevin and I were both stationed at Naval Station Adak in the Aleutians, albeit at different times. My prayers are with you. Doug Kramer

Karen, I was so saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. My deepest sympathy on your loss. As you know, Kevin and I were quite close at Penn and I recall those wonderful years at Psi U and Penn as some of our happiest. I hope all is well with you.

Karen, Barrett & Thatcher,
My deepest sympathy. I apologize that this is late. I was on vacation the last week. Kevin was truly a gentleman among men. He was wise and compassionate and an inspiration to many here at Ohio Pipe along with his wit & candor. He was very supportive & understanding during my two hip surgeries of which I will be very grateful. I will always remember our conversations & the many emails we exhcnaged. He will be truly missed.

I fondly remember working with Kevin at Gilmour. As a fellow history teacher, I always enjoyed his keen insights on our subject, as well as all things great and small in our conversations. He always made my days more enjoyable, and the days of his students more enjoyable as well.

Dear Karen, Barrett and Thatcher, you don't know me, but Kevin and I worked together when he taught at Gilmour.
Though we were in different departments, I have fond memories of lunches with Kevin. We spent a lot of time talking about diving and our children - my daughter Jackie and Thatcher dove together at CSU for years. Kevin was a kind soul; I'm so sorry for your loss.
