I'm so sorry to learn of Kevin's passing. He was one of the most genuine people I've ever known. From the time our mutual friend Skip first bought me by the house Kevin always made me feel like family. Please accept my deepest sympathies, we will be praying for you.

My deepest sympathies to April, Bianca, and the entire Carter family. I met Kevin 20 years ago when I moved onto Morrison Avenue, he was the very first person who welcomed my family. I use to laugh when I would hear him and my son bickering about what team was better, the Yankees or the Mets. Kevin always had a smile on his face and was the first to lend a helping hand, not only to me, but to all the neighbors. I am honored and blessed to have known Kevin. May he RIP...
