So deeply shocked and saddened at the loss of Kevin. We have worked on and off together for quite some time, especially during our Iraq contracts. Rhonda, I know this took your breath away. I am deeply saddened to learn of Kevin's passing. As a Coworker at Ebasco and Washington Group and Friend, I fondly recall our days and times of collaboration, discussions and his supportive nature.
