Not sure what to say?

There were over five hundred 1972 BEHS graduates. Kevin was undoubtedly my all time favorite. Even though we lost touch over the years, there was a class reunion and a few phone calls in which I was able to express to him the role he played in my life. For that, I am most grateful. I am devastated and so saddened.

My family and I send our sincere condolences to the entire Dubay family. We dont know the family at all, but we happened to be on the very beach in Anguilla at the time of his incident. We simply would like the family to know that the level of care and attention that responders brought in their attempts to resuscitate Mr. Dubay were considerable. There is no solace in this but to know that numerous complete strangers acted swiftly and diligently in their efforts and I felt strongly the family...

I was very honored to spend time in Judge Dubay's courtroom. I always felt happy to be Judge Dubay's presence.

Kevin,
The light still shone from your smile the last time I saw you in City Hall in the Town Clerk's office. Thank you for giving me the chance to be part of the Corporation Counsel's office. There was a lot of hard work but I found you to be very kind, fair and witty. Thank you for sharing your special spirit with all of us.

Kiernan:

My condolences to you and your family on the passing of Kevin. May you all find comfort with the precious memories you shared with him. He is now a guardian angel over his loved ones as Cerinthia and Betty are to us. With love

RIP old friend, we had many good times together, starting when our dads owned the Koffee Korner!

smart, honest, funny, loyal. we've lost one of the good guys.

My god. I loved this guy. One of the kindest, most empathetic people I ever met. When my dad passed away suddenly, Kevin came right over, sat at our kitchen table and consoled my distraught mother. She absolutely adored him. That meant so much to her, I will never forget it. When I got myself into trouble he advised me, represented me and never lost faith in me. He was my mentor for years, all I had to do was call and he always answered. My deepest and sincerest condolences to his family...
