Like many, I was very shocked to hear sad news of Brother Kev's passing as I just happened to be with my beloved sister and longtime Friend, Joyce when she received the call notifying her of unfortunate news. My wife and I were both classmates of Kevin's in Corcoran High's Class of 1973. We knew him through sports, and my wife was a cheerleader for his basketball team. We have such fond memories of those 1970-73 glory years of Corcoran basketball, with Kevin in a starring role. He was an inspiration to us and to all that knew him in high school. High School friend. I was a cheerleader and enjoyed watching Kevin play along with Tony Hawkins and Moses Black. Kevin was always joking around. Such a nice guy. My prayers go out to his entire family. May God heal their broken hearts and fill them with memories of joy and laughter.
