I never met your son, kevin, and I am sorry to hear about your lost. I know there will be a sadness in your heart for some time to come, however, GOD has promise us that he will never desert us and we must believe that. With his love and undrstanding you will never be alone. Just another note: I met you a few times and I always respected your Father and Mother. My Mother,Mildred, was one of your...

Olin, Patty, Laura Beth--
I just heard last night at a reunion meeting of Kevin's death. I could not get you guys off my mind and heart all night!!! My last conversation with Kevin was about his coaching (I taught at Walton for 12 years).
The loss is profound indeed, but God's gift of healing is greater. I know you will seek that solace. Please know I think so highly of ALL of you. You are salt-of-the-earth people. (I taught Laura Beth in the cherub choir when she was 5 and as...

We’ve all heard it said that “you never really know what you’ve got till its gone”. Kevin’s untimely passing brings that home to me. We were classmates, we were teammates, our parents were friends, and so were we. With each class reunion we see that more of our classmates are no longer with us. There are more empty seats at the table. Although I am deeply saddened by Kevin’s death, I guess the truth is, we are all going down the same road. It’s just that Kevin has stepped out front. I’d...

Patti - My heart goes out to you and your family. No words can heal what you now feel. You will be in my prayers.

To the Ferguson Family: While I was not a close friend during HS, I remember Kevin, and was sorry to hear of his passing. I pray that God's grace and fond memories will lift you up during this difficult time.

Dear Ferguson Family -
I am so terribly sorry to hear of your loss. I went to school with Kevin, graduated in '78 and lived in Sherwood Hills as well. It's strange how fast time goes by and yet there are memories of friends we grew up with that seem like it was just yesterday. I pray God will give all of you a peace that only He can provide. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Ferguson Family
My thoughts and prayers go out to each of you for your loss of Kevin.

Class of '77

My deepest sympathy to your family. I graduated with Kevin in 1977 and while we were not close friends we all feel the connection having gone to school together. I pray the Lord will give you comfort and peace.

Coach Ferguson was one of my Varsity football coaches while playing for PG from 1989 til 1992. He was a great coach and friend. His intense style of coaching was powerful and he could get any player fired up. He was also there anytime for conversation. I thought about him often during my college years. It feels like yesterday that we were having two-a-days in the summer in PG and his little son who was probably only 4 or 5 at the time would run laps with us in the hot sun. Great man. He will...
