My favorite part of the paper was Kevin's column. We e-mailed multiple times and then just found out we were birthday buddies! He was 4 years older but 9/28 is a special day! My thoughts and prayers to his family and thank you for sharing him with us.

I admired Kevin Foley for his brilliant writing of a weekly editorial column in The Marietta Journal. He shined a light where there was a lot of darkness. We never met, but we did exchanged emails about our shared beliefs of the importance of progressive thinking and writing. My deepest sympathies to Kevin´s family and loved ones.
