Wow, what a shock. I was proud to be a reserve deputy with Kevin before I left North Platte in 2004. He was truly a great man. Kind, caring and a good friend to many. I count him among mine and already miss him. Ellen and family, please know the he and you all are in my prayers. I wish i could be there today.
