Kevin (aka "Cap") was my Captain of Inspectors at the Alameda Co. DA's Office. He was a great friend to me but being my friend didn't interfere with his leadership. Although I got reprimanded a couple of times by him, we remained friends and he remained an honored friend. The Lord had brought home a good one and I'm greatly saddened by his passing!! RIP, Cap!!
