I just found out about Kevin's passing through a fellow court officer today. I was shocked and deeply saddened, to say the least. Kevin and I shared some wonderful, fun-loving times together for many years, in and out of work. I am so sorry that I missed his services. May you rest in peace, Kevin. Memories of you will live on.....

To the entire Kissel Family, my deepest and sincere condolences on the loss of Kevin. Kevin and I were teammates on the Minnechaug Valley Wheel Basketball championship team in 1971. I remember him as a fun loving , competitive, and just an all around nice guy. Peace to you Kevin.
