One of our family's first home videos features a segment of cousin Kevin working hard on his house in Southwick (1985 ?). My father- Mark Kratovil, had taken us to see the painstaking detail he put into the structure. At the time, it was just a foundation, the wood framing, and the roof. He had an eye for detail.
